Dmitriyev E.A., Zhivetyev A.S., Ri E. K., Ri Khosen. Effect of temperature regimes of copper melting and its alloying on the structure and mechanical properties
The influence of temperature parameters of melting and composition of alloying on structure and the mechanical properties of copper alloys. In order for the maximal mechanical properties of copper, the liquid phase shall be overheated above the threshold temperature for the anomalous changes ? 30°C. Reduction of mechanical properties of the alloy of copper at high temperature overheating (1400°C) due to saturated gases disordered liquid copper and its pollution with non-metallic inclusions.
Key words: Copper, alloying, alloy structure, mechanical properties.

Afanasiev V.К., Dolgovа S.V., Chernysh A.P., Sankina O.V., Sagalakova M.M., Sankin A.S. On the formation of blast-furnace iron structure
It is suggested considering that hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen and oxygen are components of a united community HCNO – an organism that under action on ferrous charge materials forms what in the worldwide practice by convention is called iron. Investigation into blast-furnace iron revealed that the slowest cooling of iron results in the formation of ledeburite structure. Remelting of blast-furnace iron in arc and induction furnaces distorts the natural dark mass/solid solution ratio with accompanying change in structure and “flake graphite” formation. The proposed theses are necessary for creating new technologies of production and machining of multipurpose high-carbon ferrous materials.
Key words: Common HCNO, pig iron, microstructure, of flake graphite.

Bazhin V.Y., Saitov A.V. Use of magnesium alloys in the automobile industry
In this article the possibility of using magnesium in the automotive industry is discussed. Modern requirements and indicators for efficient using of magnesium in the automotive industry are considered. The proportion of magnesium alloys in a car will increase from 3...5 kg (an average of one car at the moment) to over 100 kg in 2020 by estimations of experts. Possible ways of producing products from magnesium alloys sheet products and their prospects are considered. The most promising method is the production of magnesium sheet on units of twin roll casting process in the combined methods.
