Tyutyukov S.A. The Ural's vanadium as indicator of «progress» in the Russian metallurgy (Letter to editors)
The economical, ecological and technological aspects for using of perspective materials (for example, iron of direct reduction with vanadium) in an electric arc furnace are discussed in this article. The emission ÑÎ2 decreases, when melting steels with vanadiumheld in an electric arc furnace with acid lining. The economic effect in time of smelting foundry, steel also had taken place. Direct current arc furnace is very perspective for melting of the material with vanadium.

Afanasiev V.K., Dolgova S.V., Popova M.V., Malukh M.A., Herzen V.V., Gorshenin V.A. Aluminum alloys with high silicon and magnesium. Part I. Al–11...30%Si + 5...30%Mg
It is established that the use of high velocity crystallization (> 20·C/s) provides a satisfactory modification. It is established that complex modification of alloys Al–Si–Mg beryllium, lanthanum and a mixture (0,4% Cu3P + 0,4% MgO) with advanced hydrogen pickup more than usual, the hydrogenation contributes to the formation of the complex physico-mechanical properties and technological properties necessary for carrying out plastic deformation. It is established that thermal treatment on the mode – shutter speed at a temperature of 535°C for 5 h followed by quenching in boiling water significantly reduces the size of intermediate phases discharge, thereby increasing the deformability of the studied alloys.
Key words: Hydrogen, alloys of aluminum with silico and magnesium, microstructure, deformation, processing of the melt, thermal expansion.

Nikitin V.I., Akishin S.A., Nikitin K.V., Timoshkin I.Y. Hereditary influence of charge metal sttructure on magnalium properties
The analysis of data on alloy ÀÌã6lch (ÀË23-1) for the period 1960-2015 years was performed. The results of the technology audit show that the existing technology of melting and casting are still based on the foundations laid by the developers of this alloy. The use of microcrystalline master-alloys AlTi and AlZr are reducing the consumption of Ti and Zr, as well as to improve the quality of the alloy ÀÌã6lch (ÀË23-1).
