Volkov A.M., Vostrikov A.V. The changing of the chemical composition of Ni-base superalloy powder concerning prior cast materials
The changing of the chemical composition of the material in transition from ingots (rods for atomization) to powder of Ni-base superalloys are analyzed. The experiments are carried out on four chemical compositions of Ni-base superalloys for disk application. The comparison with literature data of analogical technological processes was presented. The recommendations to providing requirement chemical composition of the final products made from fine powders of complex-alloyed materials by various methods were proposed.

Dissolution of nanostructural TiNi and composites on its basis with Та and Ti surface layer in solutions with pH from 1,68 to 9,18 for the long period of time in static conditions is investigated. Concentration of metals in solution and a surface condition was studied by means of the AЕS with 1СР, SEM, AES. Dissolution of composites and TiNi after surface polishing is noted only in the most acidic environment.

Gubenko S.I., Baleva Y.I. Effect of hot pressing on the properties of centrifugally cast pipes from 40X25H20C2 steel
The influence of initial cast macrostructure and also of structure formation under hot extrusion of pipes from centrifugal cast steel 40H25N20S2 on the mechanical properties in the time of different temperatures of testing was investigated. It was shown the influence of structural characteristics on the mechanical and service affinities.

Marukovich Y.I., Usherenko Y.S., Usherenko S.M. Dynamic modification of aluminum and its alloys
Modification of aluminum and its alloys is done by alloying and volumetric reconstruction of the structure. Modification in the solid state to the depths of tens and hundreds of millimeters can be done in the mode of socalled superdeep penetration, which allows forming the structure of fibrous composite material and substantially changing the composition of reinforcing fibers. As a result, the chemical, physical and mechanical properties of the massive metallic solid body change. The advantage of such an approach is a high performance (fractions of seconds) of the process of micro-particles penetration and synthesis in local fibrous zones of isotopes, alloying elements and metastable compounds.

Rusin N.М., Skorentsev А.L., Karavaev V.Е. Structure and mechanical properties of the sintered composite (Al–12Si)–40Sn after the hot densification
There were investigated the properties of a composite based on Al alloy of eutectic composition and tin powder, obtained by sintering them. It was shown that additional compaction by hot pressing of composites obtained by sintering makes it possible to increase their strength.

Kolodyazhny M.Yu., Bondarenko Yu.A., Echin A.B. Regularities in the formation of the natural composite structure in the directional crystallization of high-temperature niobium-silicon eutectic alloys for casting GTE bladese
The development of modern engine building is inextricably linked with the creation of new high-temperature materials of gas turbine engines (GTE), primarily for working blades. A study is made of the features of the formation of a directed structure of eutectic Nb-Si composite samples prepared by high-gradient directional crystallization with a liquid metal coolant. Characteristic zones of the macrostructure of the ingot after directed crystallization are considered, an analysis of the volume fraction of the Nb-Si composite phases is carried.

Akhonin S.V., Pikulin A.N., Mezhenski A.N., Berezos V.A., Severin A.Y. Resources-saving technology of electron-beam flashing the surface of Ti ingotse
Investigations have been carried out on melting a batch of ingots of titanium alloys VT1-0, VT6, VT3-1, VT20, VT22, T110 with a cylindrical section from 150 to 600 mm in diameter and a rectangular section of 940?165 mm obtained by electron beam melting. According to the results of the performed studies, optimal regimes offusion. It is shown that the lateral surface of ingots after melting acquires an even microrelief, has a smooth mirror appearance without visible cracks, ruptures arising during melting in the surface layer. The technical and economic efficiency of electron-beam reflow is shown on the comparison of electric power consumption by methods ofprocessing and losses of metal ingots in chips.
