Skripnik S.V. Methods of Controlling the Formation of Crystalline Macrostructure of Centrifugal Electroslag Castings
The construction of fluidizer electro-slag welding of consutrodes of ESHP is considered from the elements of round or rectangular sections. The possible is long consutrodes of 2…5 m depending on the type of in-use electro-slag stove. Technical description of setting of УСЭ 100 is given. Original appearance of the collected (cooked) consutrode is presented by long 3,5 m mass of 0,75t from a threadbare instrument and smelted on the stove of Т-100 party of stamp purveyances.

In work influence of silicon on factor of linear expansion of aluminium and its alloys containing from 1 up to 50% of silicon is considered. It is installed, that application of silicon in lots is not perspective. It is offered to pay special attention on application of various technological receptions for reception of aluminium and its alloys with controllable thermal expansion.

Kuvshinova N.N., Kazakov Y.V. Formation of Added Metal at Exothermal Welding of Small Defects in Steel Castings
Influence of temperature of heating of a detail on forming deposited metal is investigated during thermit welding of superficial defects. It is established, that at heating of a zone of defect up to temperature 850…900°C thermit welding of small superficial defect provides full connection of deposited metal with the core.

Vladov V.A., Kolesov A.A., Lukovnikov D.A., Korobeinikov V.V. Experience of Using Reduced Sinkhead Portion of Forge Ingot at OOO "SSM-Tyazhmash"
In this article three options for the use of exothermic / insulating materials in the manufacture of ingots are proposed. On the example of the company "SSM-Tyazhmash", LTD, the stages of exothermic mat and the coating mixture in the manufacture of forging ingots are described: an analysis of casting and solidification of the ingots, the numerical simulation of mold filling and solidification of ingots with different effects of process parameters, making riser's extension and taking into consideration an exothermic materials, conducting experiments, research and industrial application.

Muraviev V.I., Bakhmatov P.V., Melkostupov K.A., Melnichuk A.F. Influence of fraction thermal-diffusion interaction activation process in cold-pressed feedstock
The significant discrepancy of after pressing elastic recovery was detected. Compaction and ring area stability regularities depend on diffusion interaction temperature. It was found that there is a specific pressure limit for powdered materials causing maximum amount of shrinkage and compaction by diffusive interaction activation during sintering. There were educed optimal regimes for part pressing and sintering ensuring diffusion interaction high intensity and thickness, as well as dimension stability and satisfactory mechanical characteristics similar to whole metal part characteristics.

Abuzin Yu.A., Skrobotova E.Yu., Obsjannikova N.Yu. Additional energy accumulation processes investigation in mechanoactivated powders of Ni-Al system
Authors offer a technique of an estimation of the amount of addition energy saved up in the powders subjected to mechanical activation through definition of speed of distribution of front in one dimensional process of self-extending allocation of this energy. The technique is tested on chemically active powder mixes of Ni - Al system, mixed in a parity of reactions of synthesis of NiAl3, NiAl and Ni3Al. In these conditions process of self-extending allocation of energy is realized in the form of process of self-extending high-temperature synthesis.
