Panov A.G., Shaekhova I.F., Gimazetdinova Ch.A., Makarova M.A., Gladysh E.D. Development of production technology for austenitic-bainitic cast irons with compacted graphite for aircraft engine parts
The results of analysis of literature sources and own research in the field of isothermal hardening of high-strength cast irons with compacted graphite are presented. The results of microstructural and X-ray analysis of quenched samples are given, as well as the results of measurements of their microhardness, which allow to determine the processing window. On the basis of the results of dilatometry the time of austenitization is determined. The prospects of using isothermally quenched to lower bainite cast iron with compacted graphite for parts of aircraft engine construction are noted.
Keywords:Cast iron, compacted graphite, hardening.

Gulakov A.A., Potapov M.G. Development and implementation of a heat treatment regime rolls for finishing stands of hot rolling mills in the conditions of JSC KZPV
The work examines the heat treatment regime for relieving residual stresses of centrifugally cast rolls made of new generation indefinite cast iron. The structure and mechanical properties at different tempering temperatures were examined in detail, and experiments were carried out on the effect of tempering temperature and time on residual stresses.
Keywords:Centrifugally cast roll, heat treatment, low-temperature tempering, hardness, residual stresses, microstructure.

Anikeev V.V., Nikitin K.V., Zonnenberg N.N. The effect of modification on the quality of steel castings
Presented are the results of industrial tests of inoculants made by NPP Technology of Inoculating Carbon, Low-alloy, Manganese and Corrosion-Resistant steels. It is shown that the inoculation does not influence the final chemical composition, including sulfur and phosphorus content, but at the same time positively influences the microstructure and mechanical properties of cast steels.
Keywords:Steel, castings, modification, technology, mechanical properties, structure, quality.

Verin A.S. Zoned alloying into area of the root and profile of blade GTE on Ni3Al-NiAl-Al2O3 –base casting
Transitional zone between of the root and profile of the blade of gas turbine engines (GTE) is very responsible point its. That to increase durable characteristics of this zone, which to endanger under fatigued process in the engine, it may choosinly alloyed of Cr. It is not strongly to decrease characteristics of hot corrosion. The high of this zone may be no more 10 mm obtained by dosed directional solidification (DDS) method.
Keywords:Transitional zone, DDS, chromium, microstructure, divided ceramic mold, combinative pouring liquid metal.

Finkelstein А.B., Cherny M.L., Schaefer A.A., Kolyshkin M.I. Replicated aluminum foam produced by aluminum matrix composite
Technology for the replicated aluminum foam production does not allow for heat treatment due to an irreversible expansion of products dimensions. The use of a composite material obtained by lancing the melt with oxygen provided the necessary level of mechanical properties of the products by structure refinement.
KeywordsReplicated aluminum foam, oxygen lancing, in-situ, hardness, grain size.

Levin D.O., Sulitsin A.V., Usov D.A., Shevchenko K.A., Strugov S.S., Brusnitsyn S.V. Influence of iron and silicon on corrosion resistance brass
The influence of iron and silicon on the corrosion resistance of brasses used for pipeline fittings, in particular ball valves, was studied. Dezincification of brasses occurs during operation of valves because of contact with the working environment and is accompanied by a decrease in the level of mechanical and operational properties of the valve parts. Therefore, increasing the corrosion resistance of brasses by adjusting the chemical composition is an urgent task. It has been established that the dezincification depth increases from 250 to 450…500 microns with an increase in the iron content from 0.135 up to 0.634 %, and with an increase in the silicon content from 0.138 to 0.489 %, it decreases from 150 down to 25…30 microns. This means that silicon has a positive effect on the dezincification process. When 0.101…0.496% Si was introduced into the brass containing 0.64?0.65% Fe, the dezincification depth decreased from 400…450 down to 150…170 µm. Inhibition of the negative influence of iron on the dezincification process is achieved through the formation of iron silicides when silicon is introduced into the alloy.
Keywords:Brass, chemical composition, dezincincation, corrosion resistance, castings, shut-off valves.

Strelnikov I.A., Smirnov E.A. Development of binders and mixtures for steel casting
It has been shown that by combining aluminum dihydrogen phosphate with boric acid and lithium, sodium and potassium pentaborates it is possible to create effective aluminum phosphate borate binders and mixtures for production of disposable casting molds and cores. Aluminum phosphate borate-based molding and cold-hardening core mixtures with good processing characteristics have been developed. They meet to the requirements of foundry practice and can be recommended for the manufacture of molds and cores cured in cold tooling.
Keywords:Aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, boric acid, pentaborates, binders, molding mixtures, compressive strength, friability, shapeability, durability, residual strength, shake-out work.
