Gushchin N.S., Nuraliyev F.А., Takhirov A.A. Features of production of finely dispersed metal base of chromium-nickel iron
An effect of microalloying, nodularizing and cooling rate of chromium-nickel iron (CNI) on the dispersion of its structure and carbide phase was investigated. An influence of titanium and nodularizing of the chromium-nickel iron on the shape of graphite was studied.
Key words:Chromium-nickel iron, primary austenite, blank thickness, cooling rate, nodularizing, microalloying, lamellar and globular graphite, metal base, carbide phase, average size of grains and carbide crystals.

Sidorov V.V., Goryunov A.V., Kosenkov O.M. The main statements of cast supperalloys metallurgy
The main statements of cast supperalloys technological melting process at vacuum induction furnace including ultra clean charge materials usage, high temperature refining, microalloying of melt by rear earth metals, express-analysis conducting during melting, melt pouring through foam filter were considered. The developed process offers to manufacture alloys with narrow chemistry and low harmful impurities and gases (oxygen and nitrogen) content, increase their operational performances and use up to 100% cast scrap at melting.
Key words:Melting, alloy, harmful impurities, high temperature refining, rear earth metals.

Zatulovsky A.S., Shcheretsky V.A. Properties of antifriction bimetals with a cladding layer made of a cast composite and a Cu alloy
The results of tests of cost-effectively alloyed antifriction bimetals (BM), such as steel + cast composite material (CCM) and steel + Cu-alloy are given in comparison with bronzes and brasses depending on the parameters of reinforcement.
Key words:Bimetal, monometal, cast composite material, antifriction properties, impact strength, slide bearing.

Mansurov Y.N., Kadyrova D.S., Rakhmonov G. Influence of impurity on foundry properties of alloys aluminum with magnesium
The paper presents the results of studies of an influence of the main impurities most harmfully affecting the mechanical properties on fluidity, hot cracking, shrinkage and pre-shrinkage expansion of Al-Mg alloys.
Key words:Aluminum, magnesium, impurity, structure, foundry properties, structure of a break.

Svinoroyev Yu.A., Ber R., Batyshev K.A., Gutko Yu.I., Semyonov K.G. Biopolymer binders based on industrial lignines
The analysis of the use of technical lignins for the creation of new binding materials that meet the modern requirements of foundry production. The reasons hindering their application are disclosed. Their objective and subjective origins are shown. Prospects of application of technical lignins are considered, on the example of use of technical lignosulfonates. The place and role of lignin-containing materials in the overall picture of the thematic focus of research on the synthesis of new binding materials, namely the creation of binders on a biopolymer basis. Examples of successful implementation of technological processes of production of castings on the basis of technical lignosulfonates are given.
Key words:Technical lignin, biopolymer binding materials, binding capacity, strength, technical lignosulfonates, casting technologies.

Doroshenko V.S. Simulation of casting as a shell structures in order to save metal
Joint improvement of shell steel structures and technology of casting is an important condition for the metal and engineering savings competitive cast components. We describe a new method of modeling of shell castings and examples.
Key words:Modeling, shell construction, castings, containers, saving metal, Lost Foam Casting.

Livshits V.B., Bobkova E.S., Dryukova A.E., Popov E.I. An influence of irradiation conditions at chemicaland-thermal radiation treatment on the erosion resistance of press-molds
An influence of various parameters of strengthening of pressing tools by chemical-and-thermal radiation treatment (CTRT) on the erosion resistance of the shape-making parts of press molds (PM) used at casting with crystallization under pressure (CCUP) is studied. It is shown that the highest erosion resistance of the press molds is achieved at certain irradiation energies and by heating of the tooling. The obtained parameters were checked under industrial conditions. It has been stated that the maximum strengthening of the shape-making parts of press molds is achieved under the studied conditions of strengthening at the chemical-and-thermal radiation treatment, when the erosion resistance of press molds increases 3–3.5 times as compared to the strengthening provided by conventional technology, which consists of the chemical-andthermal treatment (CTT) only.
Key words:Strengthening, casting with crystallization under pressure, chemical-and-thermal radiation treatment, irradiation with electrons.
