Romanyuk V.V., Nikitin V.I. Synthesizing wrought alloys of Al–Mg system using aluminum scrap
In the article is showed the results of a study of aluminum cans and shavings recycling and synthesis of alloys AMg5 and 5083 with high physical and mechanical properties. Concluded that through heredity of aluminum deformed waste including shaving, aluminum cans, wire, etc. enhances the mechanical properties and made better the microstructure of aluminum alloys. Showed that the modification improve the formability of the alloy during cold rolling.

Mukhametzyanova G.F., Kolesnikov M.S., Mukhametzyanov I.R. The influence of conditions of the isothermal hardening on high-strength cast iron characteristics
The Chemical composition of the charge and smelting regimes newly developed austenitic- bainitic high-strength cast iron with nodular graphite are presented, the analysis of the research results of the effect of isothermal hardening regimes in a fluidized bed of the complex structure and mechanical properties of cast iron are conducted.

Kuzovov S.S., Makarenko K.V. Increase of cracked stability of steel castings by application of functional coating on the working circum of foundry form
A new method for controlling hot fissures (HС) in steel products is proposed, by changing the structure parameters in the surface layer of castings in order to increase the mechanical properties of the metal and increase the crack resistance in the temperature range of the formation of HT. Obtaining a given structure in the surface layer of the casting is provided by creating a roughness on the surface of the casting mold when a special functional coating is applied to it.

Svinoroyev Y.A. Dry sands for making small and medium castings in small-scale and single-piece production
The paper discusses the possibility of using a single dry mixes for machine-building enterprises with small batch and individual production of castings. Given the specifics of the casting sections on these enterprises, their technical equipment, it is advisable to develop and offer focused directly on this segment, the technical solution in relation to the technological processes of foundry molds and cores consisting in the development of formulations of dry cast mixtures. The distinctive feature of which is simplicity in use, versatility in functionality, the reliance on domestic resource base, and hence available, not expensive and eco-friendly.

Lyuty R.V., Keush D.V. Binding system SiO2 – H3PO4 for foundry cores
The processes at hardening and high-temperature heating of the binder system which formed by the interaction quartz refractory fillers with phosphoric acid are investigated. Silicon-phosphate binder of these components is synthesized directly in the composition of the core mixture by thermal hardening. In the solidified form it is a crystalline silicon pyrophosphate. The core mixture with silicon-phosphate binder was developed. The influence of components of the mixture and temperature on mechanical properties and the possibility of their regulation are established and shown.

Peculiarities of formation of dimensional accuracy of castings with die casting metal compounds (MIM technology). The results of experiments on the influence of pressing pressure and pressing time on the value of linear shrinkage of castings from steel of grade 30X13. The obtained dependence of the final density of the parts from the time of sintering and initial density. The formula for calculating linear shrinkage at each stage of the manufacturing process and the scale factor for the calculation of executive dimensions of castings.
