Klochikhin V.V., Gemanyuk P.D., Naumik V.V., Tsivirko E.I. Influence of crystallization conditions on the quality of heat-resisting alloys melted with foundry returns
Best cleaning technology foundry return is fraction-jet processing followed by electrocorundum blasting and etching. Directed crystallization nickel alloys compared with bulk provides refining alloy impurities from oxygen, nitrogen, iron, lead and nitride, carbonitride and oxide inclusions. Lowtemperature vacuum remelting, casting waste nickel alloys HA32-VI and HA26-VI at melting furnace PMP-4M allows to minimize burning away of active expensive alloying elements (tantalum, rhenium, niobium, etc.).
Key words:Heat-resistant nickel alloy, foundry returns, on-the reign of crystallization, chemical composition, microstructure constituents.

Modzelevskaya O.G., Kiselev E.A., Feoktistov A.V., Mashkin B.A., Selyanin I.F., Kutsenko A.A. Molding of bathtubs from cast iron modified by Ba-Cr-carbonate
This paper deals with effect of modifying the ability of barium-strontium carbonate (BSC-2) used in the manufacture of cast iron bathtubs for casting, the chemical composition of cast iron and slag samples baths microstructure, hardness, fluidity, the level and types of marriage baths. The analysis of these parameters at various technologies modification of cast iron using BSC-2. It was established that the most effective technique is a modification of cast iron in the ladle after overheating induction 1390?1400?C mixer at a temperature with the addition of BSC-2 according to size class 2 in a quantity of 5 kg/ton.
Key words:Modification of cast iron, Ba–Cr-carbonate (BSC-2), fluidity.

Svinoroev Yu.À. Enhanced lignosulfonate binder durability
On the modern stage, the ways of overcoming of problem of resource deficit consist of rationalization of the use of present resource potential. In this context it is expedient to utillize the second products of processing of vegetable raw material, due to expansion of application of LST materials.
Key words:Resource-saving, lignosulfonate materials, foundry binding materials, vegetable raw materials, disintegration processing.

Gilmanshina T.R., Babkin V.G., Baranov V.N., Koroleva G.A., Lytkina S.I., Khudonogov S.A. Water and quick-drying antipenetration wash on the basis of enriched graphites for cast iron molding
Properties of water-based and quick-drying nonstick coatings based on enriched and activated graphite. It has been demonstrated that the enrichment of activated carbon provides increase in strength of the coating by 200%, sedimentation stability – by 12...15%, heat resistance – by 30...40% with a decrease in the flow of dry ingredients by 15...20%. Quick-drying nonstick coating for iron casting based on enriched graphite was proposed, which consists of two dry compositions with surfactants: graphite and polymer, ratio of 1:1; sedimentation stability of such coating is 1.2–1.4 times higher than sedimentation stability of a standard coating, and consumption of coating material is lowered by 15...20%.
Key words:Graphite, enrichment, activation, nonstick coating, water-based, quick-drying.

Afanasyev V.K., Gorshenin A.V., Dolgovà S.V., Samon V.A., Popovà M.V. Injection molding of cupreous silumin
The regularity of the microstructure changes, mechanical properties and thermal expansion of the alloy Al–11%Si–4%Cu, obtained by injection molding. Found that a factor determining the properties of the alloys Al–Si with and without additions of copper, is hydrogen. The methods of preparation of the alloy Al–11%Si–4%Cu, allowing it to obtain an optimum combination of strength, ductility and thermal expansion based on changing content of hydrogen guided through the bath atmosphere over water vapor. The paper discusses the prospects of the developed alloy for the needs of instrument technology.

Anderson V.A., Kotovich A.V., Lugansky N.N., Salagor A.V. Development and mastering of steel workpiece casting made by gasifiable pattern process instead of lost-wax processÎðãàíèçàöèÿ ïðîèçâîäñòâà
The article is devoted to development of optimum gasifiable model molding technology for precise steel workpieces instead of lost-wax technology. The new technology based on copolymers, instead of traditional polystrene, allowed to achieve high-quality steel castings with minimum carburizing. The technology parameters have been optimized on a new equipment complex brought in production on “JSC Sarapul Electrogenerating Plant”, Sarapul, Udmurtia
