The computer simulation of solidification process casting blocsof nozzle blades for 2-d stage high pressure turbine was made. The technology of manufacturing blocs of nozzle blades from intermetallic alloy VKNA-4-VI was improved. It was shown the possibility to increase the quality of casting blocs of nozzle blades from intermetallic alloy VKNA-4-VI by using the new gating system and thermostatic control at 950°C / 3 h.
Key words: IntermetallicNi3Al, nozzle blade, VKNA-4-VI alloy, casting, computer simulation, thermostatic control.

The article discusses the possibility of using complex inoculants made by OOO NPP “Tekhnologiya” (Chelyabinsk) in the production of castings from nodular iron of grade ChN20D2Sh by the investment casting method at OAO KUZNETSOV. Established are optimal concentrations of graphitizing and spheroidizing inoculants, which concentrations make it possible to obtain nodular graphite in the cast iron structure.
Key words: Investment casting, inoculation, nodular iron, in-ladle inoculation.
Furman I.E., Furman E.L., Timchenko A.S. Cast wear-resistant cobalt alloys
We studied the influence of alloying elements on the wear resistance of parts madeof high-carbon cobalt stellite. Reflected that evolved carbides should be the correctshape, or close to it. That will avoid spalling of parts, and therefore will not follow leaking valve pairs. It is established that decrease the percentage of carbon in the range from 2,8 to 2,4%, leads to a noticeable reduction of structure and formation of the uniform carbide cobalt stellite. The resulting structure is small and dense. This permits to significantly increase operation properties, reduce the propen sity to spalling and increase the tightness of the valve pairs sucker rod pumps.
Key words: Cobalt satellite, valve pair, wear resistance, hardness, the chrome carbide, carbon, structure, spalling, sucker rod pumps.
